- Hi, and Welcome! Ok, a little bit about me...I have been a real estate investor since 2007 and my first deal was a flip. It was definitely a learning experience (I even made money!). I am now moving from driving for dollars (looking for rehabs to flip) to putting the tremendous reach of the internet to use to become a Virtual Investor. Part of this means learning and using some basic Internet Marketing principles. So part of my time will be devoted to learning about something completely new to me and part will be used to get better with my real estate activities. At the end of the day, I will have multiple sources of income that will help me grow as I move forward. Moving into wholesaling after doing a flip seems a little bit backwards, but it should be much better for my wallet...stay tuned to see how it all goes!
